Let there be light
On day ONE, God said, ” Let there be light”, and there was light. If God didn’t create the sun, moon, and stars until day FOUR, then where did the light come from
How did we miss this very critical detail in the Bible
The book of Genesis records the six-day creation story. In chapter one, on day ONE God said, “Let there be light.” and there was light. And God saw that the light was good, and He separated it from the darkness.
God called light “day” and the darkness He called “night” and both of these existed on the FIRST day. (Genesis 1: 3-5).
And God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to SEPARATE the day from the night and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light ON THE EARTH. And it was so. God made two great lights- the greater light to govern the day and the lesser to govern the night. He also made the stars. God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth, to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening, and there was morning, THE FOURTH DAY (Genesis 1:14-19)
Wait… what How did we miss this critical detail? It virtually changes EVERYTHING!
On day ONE, God said, “Let there be light”, and there was light. If God didn’t create the sun, moon, and stars until day four, then where did the light come from
It is quite obvious that God Himself is the source of light!
What is music
What is love
What is light
What is frequency
At the core, there only remains only one possible conclusion … GOD
Nature is composed of healing energies in the form of vibration and frequencies. These energies are within light, sound, and color. There is only one source of the many manifestations of frequencies. That one source is the Father of Lights. This Father gives wonderful gifts to man as evidenced in James 1:17 ~ “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”
Sunlight is our most recognized and important energy source.
Sunlight delivers a spectrum of about 290-770 Nanometers, which include the visible spectral hues of RED, ORANGE, YELLOW, GREEN, BLUE, INDIGO, and VIOLET (huh! the very rainbow that our Creator has given us)
So, you see, Color and light are inseparable. Each color of the visible light spectrum has different wavelengths and vibrational frequency, which affects our human body differently. RED has the longest wavelength and slowest vibrational frequency, which we recognize as warm and stimulating, whereas VIOLET has the shortest wavelength and fastest frequency, which we recognize as cooling and calming.
Since light and its colors physically affect glands and hormones, they will also have a marked influence on our moods and feelings.
We need light energy for nourishing our brain, our emotions, and our physical body. Light can also enter through our skin and our breath. As well, we can receive additional color energy through a balance of various colored foods, herbs, vitamins, aromatherapy, sound, minerals, clothing, decor, and color bathing.
All of this and so much more is but a fraction of God’s elemental design for His creation. It is how things work. It is how GOD has worked since the beginning of time. He strategically designed everything in nature to intricately assist our health and healing.
